- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Gad completed a PhD in computer science at the University of Melbourne in 2012 and has been with the Centre for Systems Genomics at the University of Melbourne since 2015. His main research interest is the development of risk prediction models for complex human disease, particularly coeliac disease and cardio-metabolic diseases. He has also worked on developing tools that enable large-scale genomic analysis including SparSNP (penalised regression using SNPs) and FlashPCA (principal component analysis for large genotype datasets).
