- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
I'm a first year PhD student at Monash University conducting my candidature under the supervision of Dr. Jose Polo of ARMI/Monash and Dr Andrew Laslett ARMI/CSIRO. I'm currently working, with use of transcription factors, on direct and indirect tansdifferentiation of several starting and targeted cell types in humans and mice. I have previously conducted my honours year with Dr Jose Polo researching the optimal conditions of granulocytes reprogramming which culminated in publishing my first paper earlier this year. I applied for the NSCFA grant out of necessity to attend the ASCCR meeting hoping to interact with fellow researchers in the field of reprogramming and differentiation in order to start some needed collaborations for my work.
