I am PhD student in the Enright group at the European Bioinformatics Institute in Cambridge. The broad theme underlying most of my work is the application of functional genomics approaches to decipher the function of non-coding RNAs, and my current projects span from the secretion of non-coding RNAs in exosomes to the identification of lncRNAs associated with chromatin topology.
