- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Chikako Ragan is a computational biologist with research interests in roles of RNA in gene regulation. Her research involves analysing high throughput sequencing data and developing new computational methods to study transcript/post-transcript gene regulation. Chikako received her PhD from the University of Queensland and is a research fellow, working with Professor Thomas Preiss (RNA biology) group at the John Curtin School of Medical Research, the Australian National University.
