John Curtin School of Medical Research
Founded in 1948, the John Curtin School of Medical Research (JCSMR), at the Australian National University (ANU), is Australia's National Medical Research Institute. The School was conceptualized by Australia-born Nobel Laureate Howard Florey, and holds the distinction of three Nobel Prizes in Physiology or Medicine. JCSMR is a great supporter of the Lorne Genome Conference, and is currently home to 4 Julian Wells Medallists.
