SOCIAL PROGRAM
Illumina Sunday Welcome BBQ will be held on the Seagrass Lawn from 6.30pm.
Drinks may be purchased at bar prices. The BBQ will move inside in case of bad weather. This is an included function for all delegates.
Sunday/Monday Night Poster and Trade Mixer Sessions: Poster sessions include drinks and nibblies from 8.30pm-10.30pm in the trade area. Socialising can continue at the bar in the dining room afterwards. Student Poster Prizes will be judged during both sessions. Winners will be announced during the final session of the conference.
CONFERENCE DINNER: The conference dinner will be held at The Grand Pacific Hotel, 268 Mountjoy Parade www.grandpacific.com.au (about a 12 min walk from Mantra) on Tuesday 14th February at 7.00pm. Drinks and DJ entertainment also included. This is a ticketed event and the ticket will be on your name badge. If you have not booked for dinner but would like to come for the DJ and drinks afterwards please arrive after 9.00pm with your name badge on. Unfortunately - No Name Badge, No entry.
