Speaker Preparation

SPEAKER PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
All speakers are using the same lecture hall. The audio-visual equipment is being supplied and manned by operations staff from Mantra Lorne.
It is the conference preference to have ALL talks pre-loaded to the common laptop which is a PC. As per instructions already supplied, you should give your talk on a USB or cd to the technician well before the session you are participating in so it can be loaded and tested. The technician will always be attending the laptop during sessions so it is possible to find them in the lecture hall immediately prior to and after any session. The presentations and sound (view of slides, no view of speakers) will be screened into the WEHI parents viewing room. We ask that you use the mouse pointer supplied in order for people in this additional room, and those viewing the second screen in the lecture hall keep up with your presentation.
